Rental Policy
All drivers must have driver license, otherwise the
companies canot provide the service, and we cannot make a refund if you show up
the day without your driver´s license.
Regular and large carts fit 4 passengers as
maximum. Only 6 seater carts fit 6 passengers
You must provide your driver´s to pick up the cart.
This must be from the person who will be the driver of, and will sign the
contract. The cart company will keep the driver´s license until you return the
cart without any issue that involves you.
Return
24 hrs
The cart(s) must be return at the same time as the
pick up, otherwise, you must pay extra hours.
A day
For 8hrs reservations. You must return the cart at
the time indicated at the moment of your reservations. You can return it
earlier, but we cannot refund the difference. If you reserve the cart starting
at 1pm, you must return the cart a little before 9pm.
Cancellations
The cancellations must be 48 hrs before your
arrival to avoid fees. The refund could take up to 15 business days.
Changes
All date changes must be at least 48hrs before your
arrival, to avoid fees.
Delivery Service
The only company who has delivery service is Playa
Norte. The service has no extra charge, and some hotels doesn´t allow delivery
service into their area, you must meet the guys outside of the area.
